ELEVATE conducts hundreds of audits for the toy industry each year. This includes work mainly in China, Indonesia and Mexico but we have a strong footprint in all key manufacturing markets. We use Tableau to help analyze audit and worker engagement data and capture supplemental insight relating to migrant workers, production volumes, working hours, wage data and the cost of compliance. Our trend analytics are based on a decade of data that enables real-time insight and root cause analysis.
In 2017, ELEVATE joined the ICTI Ethical Toy Program audit panel as one of four service providers authorized to conduct ICTI Ethical Toy Program certification audits throughout Asia. ELEVATE has also supported the toy sector with factory survey exercises that have helped shape and influence program design.

Continued commitment to quality and integrity
Integrity has been an area of significant attention amongst toy industry brands and initiatives. The ELEVATE Integrity Program and Quality Management System (QMS) is based on years of experience and includes preventive measures, robust monitoring, shadow protocols and firm response methods. We continue to evolve our quality program as part of our ongoing commitment to the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA).
