Lauren Gula is a Senior Manager at the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest voluntary corporate sustainability initiative. Lauren joined the UN Global Compact in 2009 and currently oversees the initiative’s social sustainability portfolio of work, including management of the Women’s Empowerment Principles, a joint platform with UN Women focused on corporate action to empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community.

Lauren has an M.A. in International Affairs from the New School in New York and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Dalhousie University in Canada.
