ELEVATE appoints new head of Supplier Ownership
ELEVATE has announced the appointment of Jennifer Caruso to lead the company’s Supplier Ownership program.
The leading initiative in the private sector helps retailers and brands develop strategies to recognize supplier performance, and assists suppliers to build out effective responsible sourcing programs to drive impact and help improve their relationship with customers.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, ELEVATE helps retailers / customers develop the program, guidelines, policies and graduation path for a supplier ownership program. Similarly, we show vendors how to develop all of the steps towards supplier ownership in the value chain.
Jennifer began her career as a social responsibility specialist at Nordstrom, and then spent nine years at the Fair Labor Association (FLA) prior to joining ELEVATE to advance the Supplier Ownership program.
