ELEVATE Strategic Partner webinar: SDG progress in Asia-Pacific and opportunities for social investments
As the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have gained traction around the globe, companies are looking to align their strategies with the SDGs and contribute towards the achievement of the 2030 agenda. As a very first step, this requires understanding the goals, related targets and indicators and their relevance to business.
With a spotlight on Asia, this webinar will build understanding of how governments measure and report progress on the SDGs, key progress gaps at regional and national level, and opportunities for social investments. It will draw on findings from the 2019 SDG Index and Dashboards by UN SDSN and Bertelsmann Stiftung which detail SDG progress by countries based on the most up-to-date data from official and non-official data sources.
