Transfer Policy
To transfer conference registrations, the Summit organisers must receive in writing verification of the substitution from the original registrant, a completed registration form for the new attendee. Any difference in conference fees must be paid.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All CSR Asia Summit cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Summit organisers.
- Cancellations received on or before 27 September, 2009 will receive a full refund less a US$50 (or equivalent) service charge.
- Cancellations received between 28 September 2009 and 26 October, 2009 will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
- Cancellations received on or after 27 October, 2009 will not receive a refund.
All refunds will be processed after the Summit.
Cancellation of the Summit
In the event that the CSR Asia Summit cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the Summit organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Summit organisers, the Summit organisers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.
Under these circumstances, the Summit organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organisation of the Summit and which could not be recovered from third parties.
