Caroline Briggert, Director Citizenship, Policy and Engagement, Mattel

Caroline is Director Citizenship, Policy and Engagement at Mattel where she oversees corporate responsibility and environmental sustainability for Mattel’s supply chain and ensures efficient stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Mattel, Caroline was Head of Stakeholder Engagement for DJI, the world’s largest drone company. She built up the company’s citizenship program and led successful partnerships with a number of international organizations to pioneer the use of drones for emergency response, humanitarian relief, STEM and education and environmental conservation.

Earlier in her career, Caroline was a partner with the European strategic communications consultancy firm Kreab. Based in Brussels, she managed pan-European projects within public affairs, advocacy and reputation-building and was thereafter transferred to Hong Kong.

Caroline holds a Master of Science in Business from Stockholm School of Economics.
