Jose Teodoro K. Limcaoco, Chief Finance Officer, Ayala Corporation

TG Limcaoco is the Chief Finance Officer and Finance Group Head of Ayala Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Globe Telecom, Inc.;  Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc.;  SSI Group, Inc.; Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc.,  AC Energy Holdings, Inc.; Ayala Automotive Holdings, Inc.; Ayala Education, Inc.; BPI Globe Banko; LICA Management Inc.; and Just For Kids, Inc.  Within the Ayala group, his prior responsibilities included President of BPI Family Savings Bank, President of BPI Capital Corporation, CFO for Azalea Technology Investments, Inc., President of myAyala.com., Trustee and Treasurer for Ayala Foundation Inc., Assistant Treasurer of Ayala Corporation and CFO of Ayala’s AC Capital division.

He served as the President of the Chamber of Thrift Banks, as a trustee of the Investment House Association of the Philippines and as a member of the Market Integrity Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Capital Markets Development Committee of the Bankers Association of the Philippines.  Prior to Ayala, he headed the investment banking and securities business of Barclays PLC in the Philippines.  He also worked for JP Morgan in Singapore where he was responsible for the Asian currency derivatives business and in New York where he began his banking career on the interest and currency derivatives trading desk.  Before banking, TG worked in the tech industry, where he worked as a programmer at VLSI Technology, a semiconductor firm in San Jose, California.  TG received his BS in Mathematical Sciences (Honors Program) from Stanford University in 1984 and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1988.
