Sarah Ong, Programme Manager, Supply Chain Innovation and Transformation, C&A Foundation


Sarah joined C&A Foundation in 2016 where she is responsible for identifying and supporting leaders and institutions with the vision and courage to hold the apparel industry accountable for improving working conditions in factories.

Her grant making focuses on; increasing public disclosure of supply chains and working conditions; supporting workers and their representatives to use this public information in negotiations; and advocating for improved policies to improve public disclosure and uphold workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Previously Sarah served fashion, retail and consumer companies on strategy and supply chain operations with McKinsey & Company in London.

Sarah holds a MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
