Dingding Xiaozi, Senior Manager, Worker Engagement, ELEVATE


Dingxiaozi Ding (DingDing) joined ELEVATE in 2012 and currently manages the Impact & Analytics team. Prior to ELEVATE, Ding Ding was the senior analyst at the Fair Labor Association in the FLA’s survey team. At ELEVATE, DingDing is using her vast experience to apply different research methods to understand the dynamics and challenges surrounding social performance. She is currently supporting a range of survey and factory support programs as well as developing assessment and implementation tools. DingDing will be taking the lead of all survey related work and will be responsible for quality control, ensuring the analysis and reporting are consistent with ELEVATE’s high quality standards.
