TYPHOON AND RAINSTORM WARNING ARRANGEMENTS
All attendees are requested to note the general arrangements for typhoon and rainstorm warnings during the CSR Asia Summit 2018.
If Typhoon Signal No 1 or 3 / Red Rainstorm is in force
- The Summit will remain open. No special arrangements will be implemented.
If Typhoon No 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is in force before the Summit
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force by 7:00am, the morning session will be cancelled.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is still in force at 12:00 noon, the afternoon session will be cancelled as well.
- If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled by 12:00 noon, the afternoon session will start at 2:00pm.
If Typhoon No 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is in force during the Summit
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted during the Summit, the sessions will be concluded and all attendees not staying at the Kowloon Shangri-La are advised to leave the venue.
- If the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force during the Summit, all participants are advised to stay at the venue until the warning signal is lowered.
