数的开发使用上。Higg指数是一套工具,帮助品牌、零售商和工厂准确衡量企业或产品在可持续发

将重心落在负责任采购,供应链的环境、社会及管治工作上。到2018年年末,达岸咨询拥有39名经
认可的验证员,人数是所有组织中最多的。这些验证员开展Higg验证的数量也比其他公司多;2018

Join ELEVATE and the Sustainable Apparel Coalition at forums set to increase manufacturers’ environmental and social labor impact across their supply chains

China’s apparel manufacturing sector enjoys new opportunities for growth while facing disruptive forces in the market. Factories and vendors are transforming operations with deeper commitments to sustainability, and are better managing risk in the supply chain. To strengthen manufacturers’ program effectiveness in China, the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and ELEVATE have introduced the Sustainable Apparel, Footwear & Textile Industry Forum, which will take place on the following days:

  • 9 April 2019 at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen
  • 11 April 2019 at the Swissôtel Grand Shanghai

Dedicated to supporting industry to measure environmental and social labor impact across the supply chain, SAC and ELEVATE will share the latest update on the Higg Index and SAC sustainability tools. Industry professionals will explore trends in sustainability performance assessment methodology and CSR reporting requirements in the apparel, footwear and textile industry.

At the Shenzhen and Shanghai forums, representatives of brands, retailers, factories, vendors, agents and licensees in China will benefit as they:

  • Understand the regional context, trends and challenges in the China market
  • Get the latest update on the Higg Index and the SAC’s strategic priorities

The focus is the development and use of the Higg Index: a suite of tools that enables brands, retailers, and facilities of to accurately measure and score a company or product’s sustainability performance.
