Ann-Marie leads ELEVATE’s Global Human Resources function where she will focus on building the Human Resources Infrastructure and Global People Strategy. Prior to joining ELEVATE, Ann-Marie worked for Carter’s in their Human Resources team where she led projects to expand the company’s Asia footprint, spearheaded various training programs, and continuously fostered strong relationships with the business.

Ann-Marie moved to Hong Kong in 2016, where she is currently based.
