Beth Cieslik

Senior Director, Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability, Business Integration & Capability Building, Target

Beth is a cross-sector leader with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in civic affairs, government relations, communications, responsible sourcing, and business integration. She graduated from Saint Olaf College with a degree in Political Science and Social Policy and holds an MBA from University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Beth was selected as a policy fellow by the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs, focused on public affairs leadership through bipartisanship, inclusiveness, and seeking common good solutions to public challenges. Beth has held a variety of industry leadership roles including serving on the board of the Life and Building Safety (LABS) Initiative. Outside of work, Beth is an active member of her church and community, and is passionate about the connection between movement, the outdoors and wellbeing.
