Caren Jakubaschk is Unit Leader for Sustainable Supply Chain at C&A Sourcing where she oversees execution of supply chain compliance in Asia. She is responsible for the auditing approach and capability building including C&A’s Supplier Ownership Program.

Caren has almost 15 years of experience in responsible sourcing and has previously worked at IKEA in various positions. She started her career working with Community Forestry for the German Development Service (GIZ) in Namibia.

Caren has an MSc in Environmental Management & Policy from the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) and an MSc in Physical Geography from Lund University, Sweden.
