Catherine is a manager on ELEVATE’s client services team with specific focus on Apparel and Footwear companies. In her role, she provides support and guidance for responsible sourcing program management and program effectiveness. Catherine often supports corporate consulting projects, in collaboration with other ELEVATE teams, helping clients to develop and improve program strategy.

Prior to joining ELEVATE, Catherine worked in social impact roles both in private and NGO sectors. On the Corporate Social Responsibility team at Tommy Hilfiger (PVH Corporation), she managed relationships with nonprofit partners and led community affairs and employee engagement programming at both the corporate and retail level. Catherine worked as a consultant to the board of directors for Dress for Success Seattle, furthering the mission to empower women to achieve economic independence through professional development opportunities. She also has experience in Retail, interning with the Global Sustainability team at Walmart.

Catherine is a graduate of the Cornell University, with both an undergraduate concentration in Communication and Applied Economics and Management and a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. As a Masters student, Catherine led strategic planning engagements for the local Workers Rights Center and an inclusive education non-profit in Haiti.
