Che Choi has over 15 years of experience building corporate social responsibility programs for multinational brands and driving positive change in the global supply chain.

He became Global Compliance Manager for New Balance in 2013. In this role, Che is responsible for setting smart policies that positively impact workers and the supply chain. He leads efforts to improve operational efficiency globally through data analytics.

Prior to joining New Balance, Che led the implementation of supply chain enterprise systems, supplier mapping, and data management and reporting at UL. In addition, he has audited over 1,000 suppliers in over 30 countries and has expertise in responsible retrenchment.
