As Director of Ethical Sourcing at NSF, David leads NSF’s activity around modern slavery and social compliance. NSF is the sole scheme manager worldwide for Clearview – the leading global certification scheme for Labour Providers.

Prior to joining NSF, David was the Director of Product Integrity at the Fairtrade Foundation overseeing the licensing of the Fairtrade Mark.

David has a wealth of experience in the third sector and retail, having spent 20 years at Sainsbury’s, where he held a number of technical and commercial roles and was latterly responsible for sustainable sourcing.
