Davis leads ELEVATE’s North Asia operations. Previously he carried out ELEVATE’s Quality and Integrity policies and programs globally. He joined ELEVATE in 2004, and has advanced progressively in social compliance, auditing more than 2,000 factories and leading numerous client-sponsored projects to drive performance improvement.

In developing the first global Quality and Integrity function, Davis enhanced performance at ELEVATE which entails driving improvements in the company’s operations offices; enhancing technical knowledge in fire safety, chemical assessment, occupational health & safety, and other specialized services and products; and progressing QA standard operating procedures, reporting, and management systems, and the ELEVATE Code of Ethics.

Davis holds an undergraduate degree from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and he has studied business at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
