Deepika leads ELEVATE’s Global Human Resources function where she will focus on building the Human Resources Infrastructure and Global People Strategy. Prior to joining ELEVATE, Deepika worked for Decathlon Hong Kong, managing the People and Culture team where she was responsible for HR Rebranding, culture creation, and overall Human strategy development to support the business transformation. She has been an active player in the Hong KOng start-up ecosystem and has been instrumental in creating a strong people and growth-centric culture in startups ranging from Series A funding to Unicorns.

Deepika holds an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resources and Marketing and further pursued her passion in Psychology with a PG Certification in Organizational Psychology.
