Ding Ding oversees the Product and Analytics team, responsible for accelerating the development and adoption of ELEVATE core products and EiQ analytics. She has a decade of experience working with buyers and factories on social compliance and labor relations. This includes providing consulting services and trainings to client’s internal team, suppliers and vendors on management system, worker management, ethical recruitment, harassment and discrimination, and managing subcontractors.

Ding Ding joined ELEVATE in 2012. Previously, she led the design and implementation of all worker survey and grievance mechanism work with ELEVATE clients, applying different research methods to understand the dynamics and challenges surrounding social performance. Prior to ELEVATE, she was a senior analyst at the Fair Labor Association in FLA’s survey team.

She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University, USA. She is an experienced lead trainer and delivered many trainings in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and India.
