Dingxiaozi Ding (Ding Ding)

Dingxiaozi Ding (Ding Ding) is responsible for delivering factory services at ELEVATE globally. She has a decade of experience working with buyers and factories on social compliance and labor relations. This includes providing consulting services and trainings to clients’ internal teams, suppliers, vendors on management systems, worker management, ethical recruitment, harassment and discrimination, and managing subcontractors. She manages the Factory Services and MCSR (Managed CSR) team with a focus on internal processes, quality control and customer management.

Ding Ding joined ELEVATE in 2012. Previously, she led the design and implementation of all worker surveys and grievance mechanism work for ELEVATE customers, applying different research methodologies to understand the dynamics and challenges surrounding social performance. Prior to joining ELEVATE, she was a senior analyst at the Fair Labor Association as part of their survey team.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Syracuse University, USA. She is an experienced lead trainer and has delivered many trainings in China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and India.
