Dr. Delia Schindler has worked at the coffee roaster and retailer Tchibo since 2013 as the responsible manager of their Human Rights program in their supply chain. With a focus on worldwide enhancement of social quality, Delia has 15+ years of experience answering the questions “What is sustainable consumption?” and “How can we promote sustainable businesses.” These questions are the focus of her voluntary work at the NGO Zukunftsrat Hamburgs. She has been a speaker of the Forum Sustainability of the City of Hamburg since 2018.
