Emmanuel is a seasoned hospitality professional, with extensive experience in the management of all aspects of food, beverage, hotel, leisure and entertainment operations and marketing to achieve commercial outcomes. He has over 24 years of experience extending across food, beverage and service technology, research & development, business development, strategic planning and consulting, industry education, banqueting and events management, and revenue / occupancy optimization.
Since January 2019, Emmanuel has led the food & beverage function at Fairmont Singapore & Swisshötel The Stamford. Prior to joining this group, he was Chief Executive Officer of Ponte Group in Singapore, a consulting group that delivered solutions for food, beverage, service and back-of-house administration / “shared services” functions in the hospitality industry. Previous roles include marketing director for restaurants and bars for the InterContinental Hotels Group in Asia, Middle East and Africa; and senior advisory and general manager roles for a variety of high-end restaurants and hospitality groups.
