Jonathan joined ELEVATE in 2014 and manages a multilingual eLearning team out of ELEVATE’s Shanghai office. On a day-to-day basis, he is responsible for overseeing the development of compliance-focused eLearning courses for multinational companies, industry coalitions, and ELEVATE’s own eLearning library. Jonathan also manages the planning and implementation of global-reaching eLearning programs for factories, suppliers, and brands. Prior to his role on the eLearning team, he managed various data collection programs and events for ELEVATE.

Before joining ELEVATE, Jonathan was responsible for managing the creation and distribution of online content at a multinational electronics company and worked as a client service manager in the media research industry. Jonathan also previously held a marketing and events management position at a sustainability consultancy that specializes in EHS, life cycle assessment, and energy efficiency services.

Jonathan has lived and studied in numerous countries and obtained a BA (Hons) in Management and Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham in the UK and in Ningbo, China. Jonathan also studied Chinese at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
