Josephine Bifano-Baran is currently VP, Global Compliance for ACCO Brands.She has spent the past 21 years leading global roles at ACCO Brands in Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Trade and Compliance.

Currently, she is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution and administration of the global compliance program focusing on Product, Social, Trade and Customs Compliance.  Josephine developed the first Corporate Social Responsibility Program at ACCO Brands and evolved the program from its humble beginnings to the full-blown program it is today to answer the demands of her customers and the industry changes.

Prior to joining ACCO BRANDS, Josephine held various supply chain roles at Spiegel Catalog, J. Crew, Tiffany & Co, and The Camelot Company, Customs Brokers.

Josephine received her B.S. in International Business from Dominican University.
