Joyce is the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Sustainability in VF Global Responsible Sourcing. Joyce has over 15 years of industry experience, currently leads our existing efforts on Environmental Management, Energy Efficiency, and Environmental Impact Measurement through the Higg Index. In addition, she conduct strategic review of VF’s Supply Chain Sustainability strategy and develop a new go-forward plan together with key internal and external stakeholders. Joyce graduated from University College London, U.K. with a B.Eng. (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering. She holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London, U.K. and a PhD. in Environmental Management and Sustainability from the University of Hong Kong. In addition to her academic credentials, Joyce is a certified carbon auditor, ISO 14001 lead auditor and a fellow member of the Institution of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMMM) U.K. She is a Honorary Senior Lecturer on environmental management at University of Hong Kong.
