Juliet has been with the ILO/IFC Better Work programme since 2009. Now based in the UK, Juliet leads Better Work’s engagement with global brands and retailers. Based in Vietnam for over 15 years, Juliet was part of the leadership team that established the Better Work Vietnam programme and developed Better Work’s global approach to factory services. Prior to joining Better Work Juliet ran research, training and factory improvement programmes in South East Asia for a variety of clients and was Head of Projects for the Ethical Trading Initiative in it’s early days.
