Katharina Wortmann joined the ALDI SOUTH Group in June 2015 as a Manager to set up the social compliance management system for the textile supply chain. In her current role as Director Corporate Responsibility International, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the international CR supply chain strategy for the non-food segment and for integrating CR into core business operations.

Prior to joining the ALDI SOUTH Group, Katharina held different positions in the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) and the United Nations, where she worked closely with governments, international organizations and the private sector to drive sustainable development in both food and non-food supply chains.
