Kristina works as an Advisor on Responsible Investment at MN, the third largest pension administrator and asset manager in the Netherlands with over €130 billion AUM. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing thematic engagements dealing with investee companies’ human rights compliance and labour relations, including a large engagement programme on the promotion of living wages in the garment and footwear sector. As part of this work, Kristina has contributed to the development of the Platform Living Wage Financials (PLWF), a Dutch investor coalition that aims to engage, assess, and monitor companies in labour-intensive sectors to address living wage in their global supply chains. Besides her work on living wage, Kristina also engages investee companies from the consumer goods and consumer discretionary sectors on issues related to socially responsible sourcing and on emerging topics such as responsible management of industrial automation.

Before joining MN, Kristina entered the field of sustainable investment as part of the Active Ownership team of Robeco.

Kristina holds a Master degree in European Law (LL.M) from Leiden Law School and she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Leiden University College The Hague with a major in International Justice (BA). Most recently, she has been awarded the CFA Investment Foundations certificate.
