Lena leads several Asia-based strategic accounts including apparel, retailing and industrial scheme. In her role, she provides support and guidance to improve client Responsible Sourcing program strategy and overall program effectiveness. She also supports a team in China to effectively collaborate with clients and internal operational teams for different programs globally.

Prior to joining ELEVATE, Lena managed Compliance and Social Responsibility at Hallmark Cards for 11 years, covering Responsible Sourcing, Environment, Security and Mineral Conflict. She was the key drive to implement supplier segmentation and risk management integrated with external audits and internal verifications.

Lena is a graduate of Shantou University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
