Leslie Shull is the Global Compliance Director at Delta Galil Industries. He has been working at Delta for 30 years, starting in Production Planning and Quality Assurance and the past 23 years in Compliance. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management and is a qualified Second Party Compliance Auditor and a Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor.

Leslie is passionate about improving global working conditions and to that end he has been actively involved in the Sedex Stakeholder Forum since 2009, brought Delta to join the Fair Labor Association in 2013 and is a member of the FLA Board and Monitoring Committee since January 2017. Leslie has publically stated his life’s objective to be instrumental in changing the world and he strongly believes that effective education and management systems are the key.
