Mr. Masood is a Director of Rajby Industries which has the mission to become the world’s most sustainable denim manufacturer. Rajby Industries, a family-run business for the past 45 years, focuses on quality denim production that is reliant on renewable energy consumption, organic fibers, recycled water, and informed and self-aware workers.

He has held prominent positions on the boards of industry associations and civil society groups. Previously, Mr. Massod chaired Korangi Association of Trade & Industries Garments (KATI), Pakistan Ready-made Garments Manufacturer & Export Association, the Pakistan Ready-made Garment Technical and Training Institute (PRGTTI). He was also a member of the Advisory Boards for the Provincial Ministry of Industry and the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). Mr. Massod was also CEO of KITE Development & Management Company.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1982.
