A social entrepreneur with the simple belief that food is too valuable to waste. Having always been linked to food from family moments in the kitchen to managing the largest entertainment complex during the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, Maxime is now on a mission to reduce food waste with Winnow. Since opening the business in Asia in 2015, they have grown to 2 offices in Singapore and Shanghai, reducing food waste in 11 countries with more than 150 kitchens saving more than millions of meals globally annually.
