Paul Rigby has nearly 30 years of fire, rescue and safety experience, including principal-level leadership positions with the UK Fire and Rescue Service, the London Fire Brigade and NATO, in this latter role serving in Afghanistan and the Balkans.

Paul has been the Deputy Country Director and Chief Safety Officer of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety based full-time in Dhaka since September 2016.

A seasoned crisis and emergency manager, Paul has been involved in the response, management and monitoring of more than 10,000 fires, rescues and emergency events across a range of civilian, military, foreign and domestic settings.
