Pavel leads our Hangzhou assessment team as well as the office operations in China. With the master degree in Environmental Engineering, he’s also the main execution leader for our sustainability projects including Higg Index FEM program. He is certified as Higg FEM 3.0 generalist / chemical specialist and Higg FEM 2.0 verifier / trainer. He has been involved with several Higg FEM verifications, carbon assessments as well as environmental trainings for the past 6 years in ELEVATE.

Prior to ELEVATE, Pavel has worked in CSR and Sustainability team for Walmart for 8 years, roles of which ranged from ethical sourcing specialist to sustainability project leader. He has contributed a lot to the development and implementation of Walmart Global Environmental Standards as well as the planning/execution of China Energy Efficiency Program.
