Petrus Ng
Chairman and Managing Director, BASF (Thai) Ltd.
Petrus Ng has been the Chairman and Managing Director of BASF (Thai) Ltd. since January 2016, and he is also responsible for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.
From 2013 to 2015, he assumed the position of Managing Director of BASF Vietnam Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he was Director for Strategy and Projects of Regional Business Unit – Care Chemicals Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.
He joined BASF in 1990. He has held several key management positions with various business units including Care Chemicals, Performance Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals and Polymer Dispersions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia throughout his 20 plus years in BASF.
Petrus Ng was born in Melaka, Malaysia, in 1965. He graduated as Bachelor of Science from the University of Malaya, Malaysia.
