Raymond joined ELEVATE in 2005 and was responsible for growing the North Asia assessment business to cover multiple services and functions. His original team of 10 staff expanded to over 120 people in offices in Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Raymond continues to play an active role at ELEVATE in the capacity of Senior Advisor.

Under his leadership, the business improved work efficiency and met client’s expectations through measurable improvement in audit report turnaround time and audit quality.

Prior to joining ELEVATE, Raymond was the China compliance manager for Sears/Kmart for five years where he managed third party audit firms and the internal compliance auditing team that worked with thousands of factories. Before Sears K/mart, Raymond was Target Corporation’s senior compliance officer.

Raymond was educated in both China and Australia.
