Head of Sustainability, Huawei Consumers Business Group
Richard is the Head of Sustainability in Huawei Consumers Business Group. He drives the sustainability programs including digital inclusion, environmental sustainability, supplier social responsibility and operational social compliance.
Prior to this, he worked in multiple international brands Bestbuy, Microsoft and Amazon. He managed supplier social responsibility programs by onsite visiting factories and talking with more than 10,000 workers to understand their labor and working conditions. He developed and conducted series of training and capability building programs to improve factories’ management system and help workers on their working and life skills.
Richard completed study at the University of Cambridge Business Sustainability Management courses. He graduated from Shenzhen University and obtained Master Degree of Juris.
