Simon Chen is responsible for operations of Factory Services in ELEVATE. He has more than 20 years of experience in social compliance covers both manufacturer and brand/ retailer includes CSR management systems, environmental, health, and safety, global social compliance initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration, etc. Simon Chen joined ELEVATE in April 2021.

Prior to ELEVATE, he had been working in a Nike footwear factory for 5.5 years taking the role of Director of social compliance and public relationship, also the chairperson of the Union and spokesperson for CSR subjects. He was in charge of establishing and maintaining a CSR management system according to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

Simon spent another 18 years in Walmart as the Senior Manager of Responsible Sourcing, played key roles in multiple social compliance programs, such as supply chain capability building, EHS projects/training, brands/retailers engagement, and global social compliance initiatives.
