Tom is a Director of Strategy in the Walmart Responsible Sourcing team. Based in London, he is part of a global team that creates strategies to spark change for worker dignity in supply chains. His specific role is focused on using Walmart’s global presence in the right places to create collaboration to address challenging social issues.

Prior to joining Walmart, with a background in politics and international development, he played an integral role in developing Sedex from a small start-up social enterprise into one of the world’s largest and most respected responsible supply chain communities.

Tom also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of York (UK).
