Vincent is responsible for global compliance and sustainability. He has over 20 years of experience in social compliance across manufacturing operations in different industries in Asia. With exposure in the financial sector, with on-site manufacturing experience in China, liaising directly with NGOs, labor activists and governmental organizations in HK, the USA and European countries, he has been able to provide practical ideas, thoughts and actionable recommendations to customers, retailers, and brands, and for multi-stakeholder initiatives. His current role also covers security compliance, brand protection and trade compliance, which enhances his overall knowledge of the supply chain.

Prior to joining MGF, Vincent was Vice President, Vendor Compliance and Sustainability at Li & Fung. He was involved in strategic customer management, assisting customers’ compliance requirements that were effectively applied in supply chains sourced through Li & Fung. During his nine-year career at adidas Sourcing Ltd he oversaw Asia program operations, supported the program standards and audit operations, and managed the license operations, developing the KPIs and scorecard to measure licensee performance.

Vincent has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and English Studies, and is a MBA graduate from Warwick Business School. He is currently enrolled in the LLB degree programme through the University of London. These additional studies give him a strong background in both business and legal professions to help drive sustainable compliance and improvement in global supply chains.
