Wilson is the Associate Director of ELEVATE China assessment team operation. After joined ELEVATE in 2009, Wilson acted in multiple roles in the team, including training, technique support, program management, and operation. He was an accredited auditor for BSCI, EICC, ICTI, SA8000, and other industrial schemes and client programs, has conducted 1,500+ social audits in China and South East Asia countries. Wilson also takes the lead of the amfori BSCI program in ELEVATE and the Starbucks CAFÉ Practices program in China.

Prior to joining ELEVATE, Wilson worked for 5 years in Intertek as a Senior CSR auditor. Before Intertek, he worked in a garment company as IE Engineer and Compliance Officer.

Wilson graduated from Xi’an Polytechnic University in 2002 with a degree in Apparel Engineering.
