Zofia Niesterowicz-Lawrence

Zofia is based in ELEVATE’s Hong Kong office and is responsible for the project management and delivery of social sustainability consulting projects services and leads ELEVATE’s Human Rights practice. Her experience includes development of ethical sourcing strategies, risk analyses and human rights due diligence. She advises companies on the design and rollout of responsible sourcing programs and has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining ELEVATE, Zofia was Head of Development at Hong Kong based Fair Employment Foundation, an organization which builds ethical sourcing solutions for migrant workers across Asia. As Head of Development, Zofia led Fair’s enrollment in International Organization for Migration’s IRIS program, their flagship ethical recruitment program which promotes recruitment agencies’ compliance with international ethical standards.

Zofia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Spanish from University of Kent (UK). She speaks fluent Spanish, as well as Italian and French at beginner level.
