He is the former Deputy Director of the Natural Resource Governance Institute – a leading civil society organization promoting transparency and accountability in natural resource management, and former Public Finance Economist with United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

He is the co-author of various publications on transparency, mobile technology, social innovation and natural resource governance.

He has graduate degrees from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris, Oxford University and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
