Arno is a Responsible Sourcing Manager in ELEVATE’s Client Services team in London. He is responsible for account management and project implementation, including onboarding, strategic program development and support, and data analysis. Arno also has expertise in supplier ownership. He previously worked at the Fair Labor Association (FLA), where he was responsible for onboarding affiliated brands, suppliers, and licensees, as well as training and capacity building. Arno has also worked with Better Work Vietnam on program communication strategies and at a furniture retailer in Sweden. Arno holds an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Georgetown University.
