Cecilia joined ELEVATE in Hong Kong in early 2012 with the task to further strengthen the business impact of our factory improvement projects in China. She has since participated in strategic advisory project for major European brands and developed and assisted in implementation of new programs. Cecilia has previous senior management experience from outsourcing and supplier management from within Managed Services, working with strategy as well as operations in various location including UK, India, Africa and Eastern Europe. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management combined with professional development in project management (PMP), SixSigma, SA8000 and Sustainable Development.
