Charles Cameron is Chief Executive of the peak body for the recruitment and workforce services industry in Australia and New Zealand, the RCSA. Charles is a specialist in non-traditional work and is passionate about the promotion of business integrity in supply chains. Charles has, in his 20 months as CEO of the RCSA, been a champion of StaffSure, the workforce services certification program designed by RCSA in consultation with business, unions and government, to make it easy and safe for business to engage ‘labor hire’ and workforce contracting firms with confidence that they operate with business integrity. Charles is passionate about ensuring that Australia and New Zealand achieve a labor market that is able to support an increasingly competitive global market, while ensuring the protection of workers.
