Demi is a sustainability professional with expertise in Human Rights, Responsible Sourcing and Ethical Trade. She has led responsible sourcing programmes for large organisations in the agriculture, fresh produce, construction and, most recently, hospitality sectors under various reporting lines and structures. Her role within these organisations has typically sat within the Quality/Technical, HR, Legal and Sustainability teams. This exposure to a range of teams has allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate approaches to responsible sourcing and the skill-set required for building a successful team.
