Helen is a global leader in sustainability and a proven change agent, with significant responsibility and achievement in the technical, operational and strategic aspects of sustainability policy for global Fortune 500 businesses.

At Avery Dennison, Helen spearheads the 2025 sustainability vision and strategies across business units and specialist teams. She is also responsible for building and managing effective partnerships with external organizations to support and advance Avery Dennison’s sustainability efforts, and she provides sustainability expertise to internal teams.

Prior to joining Avery Dennison, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer at Celtic Energy and was Manager and Senior Consultant, Green Practices, at New England Energy. Helen previously enjoyed a career in banking, and was a Senior Vice President of Bank of America where some of her responsibilities included providing strategic advice, technical guidance and developing acceptable solutions with respect to environmental issues on sites that Bank of America managed.

Helen received her B.S. in Geology with a minor in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
