Jeff leads ELEVATE’s Sustainability Consulting work in the APAC region. He is responsible for engagement in the region across the full range of ELEVATE sustainability consulting services, including strategy and disclosure, responsible sourcing, human rights due diligence, and climate solutions.

Prior to ELEVATE, Jeff was Director of Strategy at the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery, where he oversaw the development of overall fund strategy as well as the sourcing and launch of new investments and programs. This included work on supply chains and ethical recruitment across sectors such as apparel, construction, and agriculture, and in geographies including all of Asia (East, Southeast, and South), East Africa and the Middle East, and South America.  Prior to GFEMS, Jeff was a management consultant at Partners in Performance, where he delivered strategy, operations, procurement, and commercial due diligence engagements in industries including mining, airlines, telecom, rail freight, and food processing, among others.

Jeff holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MA in International Development from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, and a BSFS in International Politics from Georgetown University.
