Kara Chan has been enthusiastic about gender equity for a long while and contemplating how to translate this passion into actions.

She has created the Balanced Equation website with the aim of creating, capturing and sharing knowledge on gender equity, and helped demystify the complex topic into a clearer path.

She hopes that all the information shared on the site will also help others understand the topic in a different perspective. Kara aims to take action with the community to help close the gender gap, one step at a time.
